It is designed for dado-cutting blades and replaces the throat plate when stacked dado blades are used on a table saw. Solid surface allows the worker to custom cut the width, which helps to reduce splintering. This insert is made of steel construction and has a red finish. The attachment has an 8 In. cutting max blade size and 13/16 In. cutting width. It includes a washer for proper position of dado components on armature blade shaft and mounts to table saw by utilizing the table lock insert and adjustment screws.
