The Ceiling Support Box is designed to support the weight of the chimney system while providing a convenient collar at the bottom for attaching your stove pipe (also known as connector pipe). This support box is rated to carry up to 50 feet of chimney pipe. For taller installations exceeding this height, it is recommended to use a Shasta Vent Tee Support for additional structural support. It is also compatible with sloped ceilings up to 53 degrees (16/12 pitch), making it a versatile option for a wide range of ceiling configurations.
